Following conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy
At Nubayaan, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. Customers may request a return or exchange in the following situations:
Eligible for Return or Exchange
A product may be returned or exchanged if:
- The product is physically damaged upon delivery.
- The product has major manufacturing or quality defects.
- There is a size or fitting issue.
- Nubayaan has delivered the wrong product/item.
- The product is lost during shipment.
- A technical error has occurred, such as incorrect order placement or an incorrect payment/money deduction.
In the above cases, Nubayaan will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue according to our return and exchange policy.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
Returns requested for reasons other than the issues mentioned above—such as:
- The customer does not like the product after receiving it.
- The fabric or material does not meet the customer's personal preference.
- The color, design, or overall appearance is not as expected by the customer.
- The customer has simply changed their mind.
- Any other personal preference or non-quality-related reason.
will be considered a customer-initiated return.
For customer-initiated returns, the following delivery and return charges will apply:
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery Charge ৳80 + Return Charge ৳50 = Total ৳130
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery Charge ৳150 + Return Charge ৳50 = Total ৳200
The applicable delivery and return charges must be paid by the customer for such returns.
How to exchange :
- If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us - (+8801602694330 ) or, you can directly message our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/nubayaan/) once you receive the Product (within 24hour)
- Alternatively, you can go to your our Display Centre to return the Product and exchange the desired one (Note: if that similar Product is available on Display Centre) Display Centre address- Nubayaan, Shop no : 28D, Zone : A, Level : 3, Jamuna Future Park, Kuril, Progoti Shoroni, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Also please note that,
1. Customer need to send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that customer used during return process.
2. After receiving the Product, Nubayaan has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.
3. Note: As per policy, all the refunds by Nubayaan will pay back the refundable amount in 7 days for any returned product (If Nedded).
4. Any Product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.
